Script for Scenario-Based Training
After I made an outline for this concept project, I worked on a text-based storyboard.
The learner chooses either a male or female main character. The storyline is very similar for both characters.
Each scenario has three choices/consequences of realistic encounters in the workplace relating to a hostile work environment.
Script: What is Workplace Bullying?

Workplace bullying is repeated offenses of actions towards an individual or group intended to intimidate or belittle them.
You may think of workplace bullying as instances such as
(You are such an idiot! No wonder no one likes you! ), but it also includes more subtle actions such as (Hey, let’s all grab a drink after work...but don’t tell you know who.) or this (Getting you coffee is not part of my job. I don’t think I should be spending my time doing pointless tasks for you.) or this (I didn’t make a mistake! It was all their fault!).
Workplace bullying is common, but there are actions all employees can take to put an end to workplace bullying- starting with being more informed about what workplace bullying is and the effects it has on the workplace.

After I made an outline for this video, I wrote the script to include the narration as the character's voices through the video.
