This instructor led-training and facilitator guide was created for employees of a women and children's center. They work with abuse survivors (clients) and need to strengthen their workplace boundaries to ensure health and safety for everyone involved.

Client: The client is a women and children's abuse recovery center called the DOVE Center. I have the client's permission to use full presentation and facilitator guide on my portfolio.

My Role: research, storyboard, graphic design, development

Challenges: The DOVE Center has employees that are not upholding healthy professional boundaries with their clients. Some act more as friends than as professionals towards them.

Solutions: This in-person training makes the boundaries of what is appropriate with clients and what is unprofessional clear for employees.

Results: Following the training, employees will be able to uphold healthy boundaries better know that they are aware of what specifically is allowed or inappropriate interactions.
