Bullying in the Workplace

Client: MedGlobal Hospital (fictional company)

My Role: SME, script, storyboard, voice over, development

Challenges: MedGlobal Hospital has recently conducted a survey that indicates high incidents of workplace bullying in the hospital. 

Solutions: A 15-minute Rise Course training will inform and educate employees on what workplace bullying is, what it isn't and how to be an ally in the workplace.

Results: The intended outcome is for all hospital employees to be more aware of potential workplace bullying and report lower incidents of workplace bullying on a follow-up survey several months later.
