Challenges: Paragon Publishing's HR department had an increase in sexual harassment related complaints over the last two years.

Solutions: This scenario-based interactive course takes about 20 minutes to complete and can be given to all employees at any time. It shows several scenarios involving sexual harassment where the learner then chooses their next action and sees the consequences of their choices. 

Results: Through this learning experience, employees will be able to recognize and better understand more subtle instances of sexual harassment that are contributing to a hostile work environment. After the training, sexual harassment reports will decline as a result of employees being more educated on the subject.
